摘  要:目的探索基于关节镜手术全真模拟系统的临床教学培训的应用价值。方法本研究为回顾性。选取2019年8月至12月我院运动医学科招募的30名关节镜操作初级基础的学员为研究对象,基于关节镜手术模拟系统开展以问题为基础的学习(PBL)模式培训,采用t检验分析培训前、后关节镜控制能力及关节镜基本操作(包括探查并准确描述解剖结构、寻找和准确定位膝关节腔内兴趣点、摘除膝关节内游离体、膝关节半月板成形术)考核评分。结果 30名学员顺利完成所有培训内容,培训后其关节镜控制能力和探查并准确描述解剖结构、寻找和准确定位兴趣点、摘除膝关节内游离体、膝关节半月板成形术评分均明显高于培训前(P值均<0.05)。结论基于关节镜手术模拟系统开展PBL培训具有较好的临床教学价值,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the value of clinical teaching and training based on a fullscale arthroscopic surgery simulation system. Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 students was conducted. These 30 students with a primary foundation in arthroscopic operations were recruited from August to December 2019 in the Department of Sports Medicine of our hospital. They conducted problembased learning(PBL) model training based on the arthroscopic surgery simulation system. The assessment scores of arthroscopic control ability and basic arthroscopic operations(including probing and accurately describing anatomical structures, finding and accurately locating points of interest in the knee cavity, removing intra-knee free bodies, and knee meniscectomy) performed before and after training were analyze using the t-test. Results Thirty students completed all the training contents. After the training, their arthroscopic control ability and scores for probing and accurately describing anatomical structures, finding and accurately locating points of interest, removing intra-knee free bodies, and knee meniscectomy were significantly higher than before the training(all P < 0.05). Conclusion PBL training based on an arthroscopic surgery simulation system has high clinical teaching value and is worthy of reference.
