摘　　要：目的:探索信息系统在医用耗材精细化管理中的应用,实现医用耗材闭环管理,为提升医用耗材管理决策水平提供参考。方法:调研医用耗材精细化管理需求,改造物资管理信息系统,进而实现管理目标。结果:通过信息系统改造,优化了业务流程,提高了工作效率,实现了植入性耗材的双向追溯。同时,通过有针对性的数据分析,为控制耗材占比、进口耗材比及耗材不合理使用,提供管理决策支持。结论:信息系统是实现医用耗材精细化管理的重要工具和手段,能够有效解决耗材管理粗放的问题,提升管理效能。Objective:Explore the application of information system in the refined management of medical consumables,realize closed-loop management of medical consumables,and provide a reference for improving the management and decisionmaking level of medical consumables.Methods:Investigate the demand for refined management of medical consumables,transform the material management information system,and achieve management goals.Results:Through the transformation of the information system,the business process was optimized,the work efficiency was improved,and the two-way traceability of implantable consumables was realized.At the same time,through targeted data analysis,it provides management decision support for controlling the proportion of consumables,the proportion of imported consumables and the unreasonable use of consumables.Conclusion:Information system is an important tool and means to realize the refined management of medical consumables,which can effectively solve the problem of extensive management of consumables and improve management efficiency.
