摘  要:目的:为新时代背景下中国更好地发展全科医学事业,促进全科医生队伍建设提出可行性建议。方法:利用文献调查法和比较分析法,在回顾国内外全科医生发展历程的基础上,重点对比分析全科医生的培育机制、薪酬管理和服务模式。结果:发达国家和中国全科医生建设发展各有侧重点,中国全科医生的培养和薪酬制度需要进一步完善。结论:提出完善全科医学规范化教育培训体系、多方位提升全科医生工作积极性、创新全科医学服务等相关建议。Objective: Providing feasible suggestions for the better development of general practice in China and the promotion of the construction of general practitioners in the context of the new era. Methods: Using the literature survey method and comparative analysis method, based on the review of the development of general practitioners at home and abroad, the focus is on comparative analysis of the training mechanism, salary management and service model of general practitioners. Results: The construction and development of general practitioners in developed countries and my country have their focus, the training and salary system of general practitioners in China needs to be further improved.Conclusion: Proposing relevant suggestions for improving the standardized education and training system of general practice, enhancing the enthusiasm of general practitioners in various ways, and innovating general practice services.
