摘  要:对永磁同步电主轴动力学特性进行分析,为提高转子系统的平稳运转提供理论依据。以9.5 kW永磁同步电主轴为例,采用加时间因子t的方法构建转子传递矩阵,利用双重步QR法求解临界转速,解决了根的溢出问题,并与有限元计算结果对照,误差均小于3.2%,验证了解析法的有效性。计算对数衰减率曲线,分析转子系统稳定性,得出三阶反向涡动最易引起转子系统失稳。考虑转子动态偏心工况,将转子表面划分为多个子区域,利用Ansoft提取各区域偏心气隙磁密并求取各区域不平衡磁拉力进行叠加,发现不平衡磁拉力随着偏心距增大而增加。进行机电耦合后,分析出不平衡磁拉力使一阶临界转速降低,几乎不影响二阶临界转速。In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle are analyzed to provide theoretical basis for improving the stable operation of the rotor system.Taking a 9.5 kW permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle as an example,the rotor transfer matrix was constructed by adding time factor t,and the critical speed was solved by double-step QR method.The root overflow problem was solved.Compared with the finite element calculation results,the errors were all less than 3.2%,which verified the effectiveness of the analytical method.The logarithmic decay rate curve is calculated and the stability of the rotor system is analyzed.It is concluded that the third order reverse vortex is the most likely to cause instability of the rotor system.Considering the dynamic eccentricity of the rotor,the rotor surface was divided into several subregions.The eccentric air-gap magnetic density of each region was extracted by Ansoft and the unbalanced magnetic force of each region was calculated to superposition.It was found that the unbalanced magnetic force increased with the increase of the eccentricity.After electromechanical coupling,it is found that the unbalance magnetic pull reduces the first order critical speed and has little effect on the second order critical speed.
