摘 要:针对自动换刀装置及其空间复合凸轮,提出了基于激光位移传感器和旋转编码器的精度检测方案,并基于激光位移传感器测距、坐标变换、误差补偿和B样条曲线拟合建立了自动换刀装置运动精度及其空间复合凸轮廓面精度的计算模型和评价方法。在此基础上,搭建精度检测试验台并开展试验验证,结果显示该方法准确可靠,且可用于揭示自动换刀装置运动精度及其空间复合凸轮廓面精度随换刀次数的变化规律,为自动换刀装置及其空间复合凸轮的可靠性分析提供基础。Aiming at the automatic tool changer and its spatial composite cam,a precision detection scheme based on laser displacement sensor and rotary encoder is proposed,and based on laser displacement sensor ranging,coordinate transformation,error compensation and B-spline curve fitting.The calculation model and evaluation method for the accuracy of automatic tool change movement and its spatial compound cam profile is established.On this basis,a precision inspection test bed was built and experimental verification was carried out.The results show that the method is accurate and reliable,and can be used to reveal the movement accuracy of the automatic tool changer and the change law of the accuracy of the spatial compound cam surface with the number of tool changes,and provide a basis for the reliability analysis of the automatic tool changer and its spatial composite cam.
