摘 要:以2,4-二甲基吡咯和3,5-二溴苯甲醛为原料,合成中间体1,然后与对溴苯甲醛通过克脑文盖尔(Knoevenagel)反应延长侧链,增强共轭效应,得到目标产物即氟硼二吡咯-2(boron dipyrromethene-2,BODIPY-2),其结构经^(1)H NMR(核磁共振,nuclear magnetic resonance)、^(13)C NMR和质谱等验证。探究反应温度、时间和投料比,确认最优条件。紫外-荧光光谱测试表明,该化合物出现在近红外区域,是一种非常有应用前景的BODIPY类荧光探针。In this paper, 2, 4-dimethylpyrrole and 3, 5-dibromobenzaldehyde are used as raw materials to synthesize intermediate 1, which is then reacted with p-bromobenzaldehyde through Knoevenagel reaction to extend the side chain, enhance the conjugation effect, and obtain the target product, namely boron dipyrromethene-2(BODIPY-2). Its structure has been verified by ^(1)H NMR(nuclear magnetic resonance),^(13)C NMR and mass spectrum. The reaction temperature, time and feed ratio to confirm the optimal conditions have been explored. The UV-fluorescence spectrum test shows that the compound appears in the near-infrared region and is a very promising BODIPY fluorescent probe.
