基于校企合作的机械工程师创新素质培养模式探究

摘　　要：党的十九大报告提出了“加快建设创新型国家”重大论断,对高校培养人才提出了更高要求。基于我校“吉通工程师班”特点,提出一种“校企双引擎”工程师班学生创新素质培养模式,即基于校企合作契机,以市场为导向,为满足合作企业人才需求,校企双方共同参与学生创新素质培养的人才培养模式。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the major thesis of“accelerating the construction of an innovative country”,which proposed higher requirements for the training of talents in universities.Based on the characteristics of the“Jitong Engineer Class”in JLENU,an innovation quality cultivating mode based on“school-enterprise dual engine”engineer class is proposed,that is,a talent cultivation mode based on school-enterprise cooperation,oriented to market demands,meeting the talent needs of cooperative enterprises and participated by both school and enterprises.
