基于CiteSpace血管性痴呆研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的对血管性痴呆近30年临床神经科学相关文献进行可视化分析,探索其主要研究方向及热点。方法运用顺查法检索Web of Science(WOS)中1990年1月—2019年12月相关文献,应用CiteSpace 5.6.R2进行作者、机构及国家合作关系,进行关键词共现分析,对文献、期刊共被引进行可视化分析。结果共获得6230篇文献,年均发文量207.67篇,发文量总体稳定上升,2005年和2009年为研究热点年份。文献被引频次年均增长9463.33次,2019年达到近30年引文高峰。美国、英国、瑞典、芬兰是该领域的主要研究国家。芬兰赫尔辛基大学、美国哥伦比亚大学和华盛顿大学是该领域的权威机构。第一高产作者为Erkinjuntti T,第一高影响力作者为Roman G C。Neurology、Arch Neurol-Chicago、Stroke是该领域核心期刊。热点关键词有脑白质病、老年性痴呆、皮质动脉硬化性脑病、阿尔茨海默症、计算机断层扫描、痴呆、中风、危险因素等,可形成9个聚类群。结论对血管性痴呆临床神经科学方面近30年文献分析,展现当前合作的国家、机构,揭示了研究热点及方向,对其深入研究提供参考价值。Objective To perform a visual analysis of clinical neuroscience related literature in vascular dementia in the past 30 years and explore its main research directions and hot spots.Methods The sequential search method was use to search the relevant documents in Web of Science(WOS)from January 1990 to December 2019,and CiteSpace 5.6.R2 were used to conduct the cooperative relationship between authors,institutions,and countries,keywords co-occurrence,visual analysis of co-citation of literature and journals.Results A total of 6230 articles were obtained,and the average annual number of documents was 207.67.The number of published articles increased steadily,2005 and 2009 were hot research years.The citation frequency of literature increased by an average of 9463.33 times per year,reaching a peak of citations in 2019.The United States,the United Kingdom,Sweden,and Finland were leaders in this field and major research countries.University of Helsinki,Columbia University,and Washington University were the authoritative institutions in this field.The first high-yield author was Erkinjuntti T,and the first high-impact author was Roman G C.Neurology,Arch Neurol-Chicago,and Stroke were the core journals in this field.Hot keywords included leukoencephalopathy,senile dementia,cortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy,Alzheimer′s disease,computed tomography,dementia,stroke,and risk factors,which can form 9 clusters.Conclusion The literature analysis of the clinical neuroscience of vascular dementia in the past 30 years,shows the current cooperation countries and institutions,reveals the research hotspots and directions,and provides reference value for its further research.
