摘 要:近年来,大学生心理危机极端案例频发,在给青年大学生身心健康带来巨大伤害的同时,也给家庭、学校和社会造成广泛的消极影响。积极心理学提倡整合人自身内在的正向力量,重视从心理学的积极视角看待人的成长与发展。因此,将积极心理学应用于大学生心理危机的干预和预防工作中,对于全面构建高校心理危机干预工作体系是具有创新意义的。该文结合积极心理学的理论,以大学生心理危机干预工作现状及心理危机成因系统分析为对象,提出具有启发性、体验性、成长性的高校心理危机干预工作策略,从一个全新视角探索和解决高校心理危机干预工作体系存在的问题。In recent years,extreme cases of psychological crisis frequently occur among college students,which not only do great harm to the physical and mental health of young college students,but also have a wide range of negative effects on families,schools and society.Positive psychology advocates to view the growth and development of human beings from the positive perspective of psychology,and emphasizes the positive power of human beings.Therefore,the application of positive psychology to the intervention and prevention of college students’psychological crisis is of innovative significance to the overall construction of the psychological crisis intervention system.Based on the theory of positive psychology and the systematic analysis of the current situation and causes of college students’psychological crisis intervention,this paper puts forward some inspiring,experiential and growing strategies for college students’psychological crisis intervention,to explore and solve the problems existing in the work system of psychological crisis intervention in colleges and universities from a new perspective.
