真空间歇精馏分离提纯天然β-苯乙醇的研究

摘　　要：针对从β-苯乙醇粗品中分离提纯β-苯乙醇,传统工艺成本高,分离效果不佳的问题,采用高真空间歇精馏方法提纯β-苯乙醇,通过实验研究,确定了适宜的回流比条件,在过渡馏分阶段回流比为10,在产品阶段控制回流比在2~4,产品的最高浓度可达到99.99%,产品单程收率为78%。此方法操作稳定,易于控制,便于实现工业化。Because of the traditional process of high cost and the effect of poor separation,β-phenyl-ethyl alcohol is purified from the crudeβ-phenyl-ethyl alcohol.An innovative method for purification ofβ-phenyl-ethyl alcohol by high vacuum batch distillation was studied.And the suitable reflux ratio of the slop-cut and the product was 10 and 2~4,respectively.The highest concentration of the product can reach 99.99%,and the yield of product was 78%.The method to refine beta-benzene ethanol is steady,convenient for control and easy to be realized in industrialization.
