摘　　要：目的:探究简易种植导板在多颗牙连续缺失牙种植术中的应用效果。方法:选取到院接受治疗的26例牙种植患者作为研究对象,共有71枚种植体。对26例患者均进行术前常规锥形束CT检查,结合影像资料椅旁进行简易导板制作,并在术前根据二次影像检查结果进行调整后种植。后对植入效果评价。结果:植入位点符合预期,6个月及1年复查情况良好。结论:在连续牙缺失中应用简易种植导板简单易行,效果佳,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the application effect of a simple implant guide template in dental implantation for multiple missing teeth in a row.Methods:26 patients with a total of 71 dental implants performed in the hospital were selected as the research objects.The examination by cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)of these 26 patients was carried out before the implant surgery.A simple guide template was made at the chairside with the help of the CBCT image data,and the implantation was adjusted according to the results of secondary imaging examination before surgery.The evaluation of the implantation effect.was then made Results:The above 26 cases were followed-up after 6 mouths and 1 year respectively and the implantation sites were in line with expectations,and the implant results were satisfied.Conclusions:The application of the simple guide template in the dental implantation for multiple missing teeth in a row is convenient,effective,and deserves prompting.
