腹部超声诊断肝胆疾病的影像特征分析

摘　　要：目的:研究将腹部超声应用于肝胆疾病患者中的作用与效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2021年2月泰安市岱岳区疾病预防控制中心接收并检测的疑似肝胆疾病患者101例,对全部患者进行腹部超声检测,比较应用的效果。结果:在全部患者中,腹部超声检出共83例患者具有肝胆疾病。在被明确诊断的83例患者中,合并有急性胆囊炎、合并有胆结石、合并有脂肪肝、合并有肝硬化、合并有肝肿瘤、合并有病毒性肝炎的患者依次是33例、18例、8例、10例、11例、3例。结论:肝胆疾病检测工作中应用腹部超声能够改善患者诊断效能,并体现出十分典型的影像学特征与表现,对辅助临床诊断十分关键。Objective To study the role and effect of abdominal ultrasound in patients with hepatobiliary diseases.Method 101 patients with suspected hepatobiliary diseases received and tested by Daiyue district center for Disease Control and prevention of Tai'an City from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected.Abdominal ultrasound was performed on all patients to compare the effect of application.Results Among all patients,a total of 83 patients with liver and gallbladder diseases were detected by abdominal ultrasound.Among the 83 patients diagnosed with acute cholecystitis,gallstones,fatty liver,cirrhosis,liver tumors,and viral hepatitis were 33 cases,18 cases,and 8 cases.Cases,10 cases,11 cases,3 cases.Conclusion The application of abdominal ultrasound in the detection of liver and biliary diseases can improve the diagnostic efficiency of patients,and reflect the typical imaging characteristics and manifestations,which is very important to assist the clinical diagnosis.
