摘  要:研究了通过酸除木素后醇沉的方法从杨木APMP废液中提取半纤维素,对提取的半纤维素进行羧甲基化改性,并对改性后的半纤维素和未改性的半纤维素进行表征和生物活性的探究。结果表明:木聚糖为废液中提取的半纤维素的主要成分,杨木羧甲基半纤维素的抗氧化性、吸湿性和保湿性均优于未改性半纤维素。Hemicellulose was extracted from poplar APMP waste liquid by acid removaling of lignin,and the hemicellulose extracted from APMP waste liquid was carboxymethylated and modified.Hemicellulose and unmodified hemicellulose were characterized and investigated for biological activity.The results showed that xylan is the main component of hemicellulose extracted from the waste liquid.The antioxidant activity,hygroscopicity and moisture retention performance of poplar wood carboxymethyl hemicellulose were better than unmodified hemicellulose.
