摘　　要：张謇是中国近代气象建制化的重要先行者。作为中国近代史上著名的实业家,他在倡导新农业、经营垦牧、治理淮河中与气象结缘,在气象观测、气象预报服务、农业气象、气象人才培养、气象科普等方面进行了大量卓有成效的探索和实践。他的实业观和科学观有力促进了中国近代气象事业和气象学科的发展,因此他在近代气象发展史上具有重要地位。Zhang Jian was an important forerunner of the institutionalization of meteorological service in modern China.As a famous industrialist in the modern history of China,he was associated with the weather in advocating new agriculture,managing cultivation and husbandry and controlling the Huaihe River.He had a lot of fruitful exploration and practice in meteorological observation,meteorological forecast service,agricultural meteorology,meteorological personnel training,meteorological science popularization,etc.His view of industry and science strongly promoted the development of meteorological cause and meteorology in modern China.In the history of modern meteorology,he can be called a forerunner who was earlier than the times.
