摘　　要：运用扎根理论分析黔东南J村熟识群体在乡、村道路修建事件中呈现的不同行为轨迹,探究其行为特征、行动逻辑及影响因子的相互关系。研究发现:一是熟识群体行动需由情感唤起,虽有较强的参与意识,但依然遵循比较利益原则;二是共同的传统和意识形态、稳定的社会结构构成了熟识群体行动的强制性法则,较低的组织和沟通成本也易于促成集体行动;三是组织与机构的正常运行是保证熟识群体集体行动统一的重要砝码,管理响应的质量是影响行动统一性的重要条件;四是信息获取与分析、状态异化、良性管理响应、劣性管理响应和管理响应不足是影响熟识群体行为取向的五大作用因子,各因子之间的相互作用便阐释出不同的行动特征和逻辑。This study aimed at different behavioral trajectories of familiar groups in rural and village road con⁃struction events,and explored the relationship between their behavior characteristics,action logic and influenc⁃ing factors by using the grounded theory analysis paradigm.It found that:First,familiar group action needed to be aroused by emotions.Although there was a strong sense of participation,it still followed the principle of com⁃parative interest;Second,the common tradition and ideology,stable social structure constitute the mandatory rule of group action,and the lower organizational and communication costs were also easy to promote collective action;Third,the normal operation of organizations and institutions were important weights to ensure the unity of collective actions of familiar groups.The quality of management response was an important condition that af⁃fected the unity of actions.Fourth,information acquisition and analysis,state alienation,benign management re⁃sponse,inferior management response and insufficient management response were the five major factors that af⁃fected the behavior orientation of familiar groups.The interaction between the various factors explains the differ⁃ent action characteristics and logic.
