摘　　要：建筑行业转型发展需要大量具有工匠精神的技术人才,实践证明建筑工匠人才在建筑工程项目管理中发挥了巨大的作用,因此培养具有工匠精神的人才成为职业教育改革的重要内容。随着高职扩招政策的实施,培养工匠型人才成为职业院校建筑专业教学改革的重要目标。随着高职百万扩招战略的实施,本文立足于校企合作视角,剖析工匠人才在建筑工程管理中的作用,分析工匠人才培养中存在的问题,最后提出培养工匠人才的具体对策。The transformation and development of the construction industry needs a large number of technical talents with craftsman spirit.Practice has proved that construction craftsmen play an important role in the management of construction projects.Therefore,cultivating talents with craftsman spirit has become an important part of vocational education reform.With the implementation of the policy of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges,cultivating skilled craftsmen has become an important goal of teaching reform of architecture major in vocational colleges.With the implementation of one million enrollment expansion strategy,based on the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper analyzes the role of craftsman talents in construction engineering management,analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of craftsman talents,and finally puts forward specific countermeasures for cultivating craftsman talents.
