摘  要:乡村教师是阻断贫困代际传递,实现乡村振兴的重要支撑力量。我国政府高度重视乡村教师队伍建设问题,《乡村教师支持计划(2015—2020年)》的实施切实提高了乡村教师的生活待遇,增加了乡村教师数量,改善了乡村师资结构和专业发展途径。但是当前乡村教师还存在:总体数量有所增加,但相对数量仍然不足;培训机会增多,但素质提升效果不显;补充渠道拓宽,但年轻和优质教师流失依然严重等问题。人工智能的发展为乡村教师队伍建设提供了新的发展契机。通过打造人工智能教师团队,借助人工智能协同教学、助力研修,有望解决乡村教师师资结构难题,减轻乡村教师工作负荷,提升乡村教师素养。但是落实人工智能助推乡村教师队伍建设,还需要多方评议,完善政策体系;积极发挥政府、学校、教师及研究群体的协同推进作用;加大5G网络建设速度和规模,落实网络及智能体系建设。我们要认真思考与评估利用人工智能助推乡村教师队伍建设的可能与必要,让人工智能真正成为推动教育变革、助力乡村教师发展的重要力量。Rural teachers play an important role in blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty and realizing rural revitalization.The Chinese government attaches great importance to the construction of rural teaching staff.The implementation of the Plan for Supporting Rural Teachers(2015-2020)has effectively improved the living conditions of rural teachers,increased the number of rural teachers,and improved the faculty structure of rural teachers and ways of rural teachers’professional development.However,there are several following problems in the construction of rural teachers:the overall number has increased,but the relative number is still deficient;training opportunities has increased,but the effect of quality improvement was not significant;the supplementary channels have been widened,but the loss of young teachers and high-quality teachers is still serious.The development of artificial intelligence has provided a new opportunity for the construction of rural teaching staff.Thus,by creating a team of artificial intelligence teachers and assisting in teaching and training with artificial intelligence,it is expected to solve the problems of rural teachers’faculty structure,reduce the workload of rural teachers and improve the literacy of rural teachers.However,the implementation of artificial intelligence to promote the construction of rural teaching staff still needs to be evaluated by multiple parties and the policy system needs to be improved.The government,schools,teachers and research groups should play a synergistic role.Besides,the speed and scale of 5G network construction needs to be increased,to implement the construction of network and intelligent system.We should seriously consider and evaluate the possibility and necessity of using artificial intelligence to promote the construction of rural teaching staff,so as to make it really become an important force to promote educational reform and boost the development of rural teachers.
