甲乳外科临床教学的问题与探索

摘　　要：外科学教学要求在完成理论教学的同时,也注重医学生的临床技能操作能力,培养他们将理论知识运用于临床实践的能力,在临床操作中加深对于理论知识的掌握。甲乳外科临床教学是外科学教学的重要组成部分,具备外科学教学特点的同时,也存在其特有的学科特征。如何更好地完成甲乳外科的临床教学工作,是每个带教教师应该重视的问题。对甲乳外科临床教学中的常见问题进行分析,结合甲乳外科的相关特点,对解决临床教学中的问题进行探索,提高临床教学质量,提升专科疾病治疗效果,增加患者对于治疗的满意度,减少医患矛盾。Surgery teaching requires that while theoretical teaching is conducted,attention should be drawn to the clinical skills of medical students through cultivating their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice and deepening their mastery of theoretical knowledge in clinical practice.The clinical teaching of thyroid and breast surgery is an important part of surgery teaching,not only possessing the characteristics of surgery teaching,but also carrying its own subject features.How to better complete the clinical teaching of thyroid and breast surgery is a problem that every clinical teacher should pay attention to.In this paper,common problems in clinical teaching of thyroid and breast surgery are analyzed;combined with the relevant characteristics of thyroid and breast surgery,solutions to those problems are explored,in order to improve both the quality of clinical teaching and the treatment effect of specialized diseases,increase patients’treatment satisfaction and reduce doctor-patient conflicts.
