关联规则挖掘在急性咽喉炎用药中的应用研究

摘　　要：为了对急性咽喉炎的药物治疗提供科学的辅助决策,提高用药的有效性和安全性,对某医院急性咽喉炎门诊处方数据进行分析,挖掘出急性咽喉炎门诊处方中用药组合的关联规则。使用Python语言对急性咽喉炎门诊处方分别建立Apriori算法和FP-Growth算法的关联分析模型,挖掘急性咽喉炎处方中药物的频繁项集,寻找不同药物之间有效的强关联规则。实验结果表明,治疗急性咽喉炎的处方中,地巴唑片、谷维素片和复合维生素B片使用最为频繁,地西泮片,盐酸二氧丙嗪片等药物与盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊具有较为明显的关联。In order to provide scientific decision-making for the drug treatment of acute pharyngitis,improve the effectiveness and safety of the drug use,the prescription data of an acute laryngitis outpatient department in a hospital are analyzed,and the association rules of the combination of drugs in the outpatient prescription of acute pharyngitis are found.The association analysis model of Apriori algorithm and FP growth algorithm was established by Python language to establish association analysis model of acute pharyngitis out‐patient prescription,mining frequent items of drugs in acute throat prescription,and finding effective strong association rules among different drugs.The results showed that the most frequent use of Dibazol tablets,guweisu tablets and vitamin B tablets was found in the prescriptions for the treatment of acute laryngitis.Diazepam tablets,dipropazine hydrochloride and other drugs were significantly related to ranitidine hydrochloride capsules.
