活血化瘀中药联合常规方法治疗缺血性肠炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究缺血性肠炎患者采取活血化瘀中药联合常规方法治疗的临床效果。方法:选取本院2014年1月-2020年9月收治的49例缺血性肠炎患者视为探究对象,以随机分组法分为试验组(n=24)、参照组(n=25),参照组采取常规方法治疗,试验组同时联合活血化瘀中药治疗,对治疗效果展开分析。结果:试验组临床总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗5、10 d的腹痛缓解率及粪便隐血转阴率均显著高于参照组,临床症状消除时间均早于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)、D-乳酸(DLAC)及肠脂肪酸结合蛋白(I-FABP)水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀中药联合常规方法治疗缺血性肠炎可有效促进疾病恢复,显著提升临床总有效率,可有效改善Fg、DLAC等指标,治疗效果值得认可,是一种具有显著价值的联合用药方案。Objective:To study the clinical effect of clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with conventional method for treatment of patients with ischemic enteritis.Method:A total of 49 patients with ischemic enteritis admitted to author’s hospital from January 2014 to September 2020 were selected as subjects,and grouped by random method,including the experimental group(n=24)and the reference group(n=25).The reference group was treated with conventional method.At the same time,the experimental group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.Therapeutic effect was analyzed.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the abdominal pain relief rate and the rate of fecal occult blood conversion of the experimental group were significantly higher than the reference group for 5 and 10 days of treatment.The elimination time of clinical symptoms was earlier than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the plasma fibrinogen(Fg),D-lactic acid(DLAC)and intestinal fatty acid binding protein(I-FABP)levels in the experimental group after treatment were lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with conventional methods to treat ischemic enteritis can effectively promote disease recovery,significantly increase the total clinical effectiveness,and can effectively improve Fg,DLAC and other indicators.The therapeutic effect is worthy of recognition,and it is a combination of significant value.
