酒店管理国际化课程本土化研究与实践--以“黄金服务”课程为例

摘　　要：职业教育国际化已成为我国职业教育改革的发展趋势和目标,国际课程的本土化改造是国际化酒店管理专业人才培养的关键环节。对接美国饭店协会“黄金服务认证”国际标准,结合中国国情和“酒店管理概论”“餐饮服务与管理”等国内高职课程的服务内涵,对“黄金服务”课程进行教学目标、教学内容、考核评价等方面的本土化改造,凸显中国品格的服务特色,实现国际化高水平行业标准与本土元素的有机融合。The internationalization of vocational education has become the development trend and goal of vocational education reform in China.The localization of international courses is a key link in the training of international hotel management professionals.Based on the international standard of"golden service certification"of American Hotel Association and combined with China's national conditions,this paper analyzes the service connotation of the course of"introduction to hotel management"and"catering service and management"in domestic higher vocational courses,and carries out localization transformation in teaching objectives,teaching contents,assessment and evaluation of"golden service"courses,so as to highlight the service characteristics of Chinese character to realize the organic integration of international high-level industry standards and local elements.
