摘　　要：经自然腔道取标本手术越来越多地被应用到腹腔镜结直肠癌手术中。右半结肠由于距肛门较远、标本体积较大,经自然腔道取出标本具有一定困难。目前已有的经阴道或直肠取出标本的方法需额外切口,造成一定的创伤。本文介绍一例右半结肠癌根治NOSES术经横结肠腔道标本取出病例。Natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)has been widely used in the surgical treatment of colorectal cancers.But its application in laparoscopic right hemicolectomy is limited,because of the kinking and the narrowing of colon and the enormous size of the specimen.Previous studies have demonstrated that the vagina and the anus can be used for specimen extraction,but both approaches need an extra incision which can lead to additional trauma.This article introduces a case of laparoscopic right hemicolectomy with colonoscope-assisted transluminal natural orifice specimen extraction.
