软肝方联合恩替卡韦治疗正虚血瘀型慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察软肝方联合恩替卡韦治疗正虚血瘀型慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者70例,随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组患者使用恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗,治疗组患者在上述抗病毒治疗基础上加用软肝方内服,疗程48周;观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状和体征、肝纤维化指标、门静脉宽度、脾脏厚度和肝脏硬度值的变化。结果:两组患者的临床症状和体征均得到改善,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);在改善血清肝纤维化指标、门静脉宽度、脾脏厚度、肝脏硬度值方面,治疗组患者治疗前后比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05),其疗效优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:软肝方联合恩替卡韦治疗正虚血瘀型慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ruangan decoction on 70 cases of liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B with weakness and blood stagnation type.Methods:A total of 70 patients with chronic hepatitis B fibrosis was randomly divided into the treatment group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases).The control group was treated with entecavir,and the treatment group was treated with Ruangan decoction combined with antiviral treatment for 48 weeks.The clinical symptoms and signs,liver fibrosis index,portal vein width,spleen thickness,liver hardness were observed.Results:The clinical symptoms and signs of two groups were improved,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01);in the improvement of liver fibrosis index,portal vein width,spleen thickness,and liver hardness,the effect of the treatment group was obvious after 48-week treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05),which was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Ruangan decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B fibrosis.
