摘　　要：校友资源是不可或缺的重要办学资源,对世界一流大学建设有着重要意义。文章分析了世界一流大学发展中在重视校友资源方面的成功经验,探讨了校友资源在世界一流大学建设中的重要价值,提出“争创一流校友工作是建设世界一流大学的必然选择”的行动指南。以武汉理工大学推进具有学校办学特色的校友工作建设为例,重点分析了如何关注校友在校期间感受、如何提升校友归属感、如何培育构建校友母校共同体等问题,旨在为世界一流大学校友工作建设提供新的思路和着力点。The alumni resource is an indispensable and important school running resource,it is of great significance to the construction of world-class universities.This paper analyzes the successful experience of valuing alumni resources in the development of world-class universities,discusses the important value of alumni resources in the construction of world-class universities,puts forward the action guide of“striving for first-class alumni work is the inevitable choice of building a world-class university”.This paper takes the process of promoting the construction of alumni work with school running characteristics of Wuhan University of Technology as an example,focuses on the problems of how to pay attention to the feelings of alumni in universities,how to improve their senses of belongings,and how to cultivate and build the alumni-alma mater communities,which aims to provide new ideas and focuses for the construction of alumni work in world-class universities.
