过敏性结膜炎中西医治疗临床研究及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探究过敏性结膜炎的中西医治疗临床效果及安全性。方法将我院2020年1月至2021年1月收治140例过敏性结膜炎患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各70例。研究组给予西药滴眼液联合中药治疗,对照组给予西药滴眼液治疗。比较2组的治疗有效率、治疗前后临床症状和体征评分、不良反应、并发症以及1周内复发率。结果研究组有效率高于对照组(91%与74%),(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后临床症状和体征评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组泪液中白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-5、IL-13水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组并发症发生率、1周内复发率低于对照组(9%与24%;4%与16%)。结论过敏性结膜炎治疗中应用中西医联合模式有利于提高临床疗效,改善患者症状及体征,且具有良好的安全性。Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods One hundred and forty patients with allergic conjunctivitis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into study group(n=70)and control group(n=70).The patients in study group were given Western medicine eye drops combined with traditional Chinese medicine,and the ones in control group were merely given Western medicine eye drops.The effective rate,clinical symptoms and signs score,adverse reactions,complications and recurrence rate in one week were compared between the two groups.Results The efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(91%vs 74%)(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms and signs of the study group were lower than that in control group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5 and IL-13 in the tears of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The complication rate in the study group and the recurrence rate within one week were lower than those in the control group(9%vs 24%,4%vs 16%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis is conducive to improve the clinical efficacy,improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and has good safety.
