世界遗产旅游目的地住宿业的空间格局--以福建土楼为例

摘　　要：世界遗产地因具有突出的生态价值、文化价值和观光价值吸引来自各地的大量游客,逐渐在空间上形成包含各类旅游要素的旅游目的地。其中,住宿业供给市场在特定的空间位置建设开发了适合多种类型游客的酒店、民宿、客栈等住宿设施。通过Arcgis10.7的平均最近邻域核密度估计方法对福建土楼世界遗产旅游目的地的住宿设施的总体与局部空间格局进行分析。研究发现住宿设施的分布呈现总体集聚而局部分异。据此,通过进一步对永定区、南靖县以及华安县的住宿业开展多尺度空间分析,梳理出住宿设施聚集分层及空间特征。这项研究为相同空间类型的住宿业布局优化提供一定的参考价值。World heritage sites attract large numbers of tourists from all over the world because of their outstanding ecological,cultural and sightseeing value,gradually forming tourist destinations containing various types of tourism elements in space.Among them,the accommodation supply market has built and developed lodging facilities such as hotels,inns and guesthouses suitable for many types of tourists in specific spatial locations.The average nearest neighbor and kernel-density method of ArcGIS 10.7 was employed to analyzes the overall and local spatial pattern of lodging facilities at world heritage tourism destinations.The study found that the distribution of lodging facilities showed the characteristics of overall agglomeration and local differentiation.Based on the multi-scale spatial analysis of the lodging industry in Yongding District,Nanjing County and Hua’an County,the stratification and spatial characteristics of lodging facilities were sorted out.The study provides reference value for the layout optimization of comparable lodging businesses.
