摘 要:目的探讨应用汉语多语言任务组合进行语言区定位的有效性。方法应用3种语言任务对12名健康志愿者进行脑语言区定位,比较其在双侧额下回及双侧颞顶交界区的各自激活强度;并比较在左侧额下回及左侧颞顶交界区3种语言任务的激活区重合程度(Dice系数)和左侧偏侧化程度。结果在左侧额下回、双侧颞顶交界区中3种语言任务的激活强度无差异(P>0.05);在左侧额下回和左侧颞顶交界区3种语言任务重合程度均较低,Dice系数间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。3种语言任务在额下回内左侧偏侧化率均为100%;在颞顶交界区内的左侧偏侧化率反义词任务为83.3%,句子完成任务为83.3%,图片动词联想任务为75.0%,3组任务间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论不同语言任务激活不同的语言相关网络,推荐联合应用3种语言任务,提高术前语言区定位的成功率。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the multiple Chinese tasks in localization of the language area.Methods Three Chinese language tasks were used to locate brain language areas in 12 healthy volunteers.The activation intensities of 3 language tasks were compared in bilateral inferior frontal gyrus and bilateral temporo-parietal junction.Dice coefficient and the left lateralization degree of 3 language tasks were compared in left inferior frontal gyrus and left temporo-parietal junction.Results In the left inferior frontal gyrus and bilateral temporo-parietal junction,there was no significant difference in activated intensity between 3 language tasks(P>0.05).In the left inferior frontal gyrus and the left temporo-parietal junction area,the overlapping degree of three languages tasks was low,and there was no significant difference in the Dice coefficient generated by pairwise comparison(P>0.05).The rate of left lateralization was 100%in 3 language tasks in the inferior frontal gyrus,while antonym generation was 83.3%,sentence completion was 83.3%,visual-verb generation was 75.0%in the temporo-parietal junction area,and there was no obvious difference between the 3 language tasks(P>0.05).Conclusions Different language tasks reflect different cognitive processes.It is recommended to combine these 3 language tasks to improve the success rate of preoperative language mapping.
