参苓白术丸联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨参苓白术丸联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月就诊于昌图县中心医院的96例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,观察组采用美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合参苓白术丸治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前腹痛、腹泻、脓血便积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者腹痛、腹泻、脓血便积分较治疗前降低,且观察组患者腹痛、腹泻、脓血便积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP水平较治疗前降低,且观察组患者IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用参苓白术丸联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎,临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effectd of Shenling Baizhu PillS combined with mesalazine in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 96 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Changtu County Central Hospital from May 2018 to may 2020 were selected as research objects, and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets, the study group was treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets combined with Shenling Baizhu Pills. The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of abdominal pain, diarrhea and purulent blood stool between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.0.5);after treatment, the scores of abdominal pain, diarrhea and purulent blood stool in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment, the scores of abdominal pain, diarrhea and purulent blood stool in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and hs CRP between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.0.5);after treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and hs CRP in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and hs CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total treatment effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effects of using Shenling Baizhu Pills combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is significant.
