ESI视角下高校学报助力学科建设研究——以《浙江工业大学学报》为例

摘　　要：通过基本科学指标数据库(Essential science indicators,简称ESI)和中国知网,统计浙江工业大学近6次进入ESI前1%的学科情况和《浙江工业大学学报》(简称《学报》)2010-2019年学术影响力情况,分析《学报》与学科建设的发展现状和协同模式,提出高校学报实现自身跨越发展,并助力于学科建设的协同路径,以期推动高校学报向世界一流期刊迈进。结果表明:《学报》学科虽然与“省一流学科”、ESI学科的匹配度均较高,但对学校ESI前1%,1‰学科和一流学科的贡献度仍需进一步提升。具体路径为:紧抓“双一流”契机,与学科协同发展;客观认识贡献度,打造一流期刊;关注前沿热点,加强实质性互动;纳入评价体系,推动互促发展。Based on the Essential Science Indicators database(ESI)and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),the top 1%of ESI disciplines of Zhejiang University of Technology in recent 6 times and the academic influence of Journal of Zhejiang University of Technology(JZJUT)from 2010 to 2019 are analysed.According to the development status and cooperative mode,the cooperative path of the self leapfrog development of the journal and the discipline construction is raised,in order to promote university journal to stride forward to the world first-class journal.The results show that although the discipline of JZJUT has a high matching degree with the“provincial first-class discipline”and ESI discipline,but its contribution to the top 1%,1‰of ESI discipline and first-class discipline still needs to be improved.The specific path is to grasp the“double first-class”and develop cooperatively with the discipline;evaluate the contribution objectively to build a first-class journal;pay attention to frontier hot spots and strengthen substantive interaction;it will be incorporated into the evaluation system and promote mutual development.
