摘　　要：阐述一种在5G技术背景下,将电子测量仪器等变电效应周期性物理观测过程与智能手机连接,实现无线测控的虚拟仪器功能的设计,探讨Ⅵ测控节点设计、智能手机与电子测量仪器的无线测试节点通信和智能处理、手机Ⅵ软件的设计。This paper expounds the design of virtual instrument function of wireless measurement and control by connecting the periodic physical observation process of substation effect such as electronic measuring instruments with smart phones under the background of 5 g technology, and discusses the design of Ⅵ measurement and control node, wireless test node communication and intelligent processing between smart phones and electronic measuring instruments, and the design of mobile phone Ⅵ software.
