摘 要:采用大唇瓣蝴蝶兰与正常唇瓣蝴蝶兰进行杂交育种,调查大唇瓣性状在其后代的遗传表现。结果表明,大唇瓣单独作为母本或父本,或父母本同时为大唇瓣,其结荚率都很高。父本为大唇瓣蝴蝶兰,母本为正常唇瓣蝴蝶兰,其杂交后代大唇瓣比例约为23%;而父母本同时为大唇瓣的杂交后代大唇瓣比例约为73%。本研究通过选用大唇瓣蝴蝶兰为亲本进行杂交配对,根据杂交后代遗传表现,选育出了大唇瓣蝴蝶兰优良单株。蝴蝶兰大唇瓣性状遗传为显性遗传,有较好的杂交亲和性。In this paper,we selected the big-lip Phalaenopsis and the normal lip Phalaenopsis for cross-breeding,and investigated the genetic performance of the big-lip traits in the offspring.The results showed that the big-lip was used as the female parent or male parent alone,or both the male parent and the female parent were the big-lip,and the pod setting rate was very high.The male parent was a big-lip Phalaenopsis,the female parent was a normal lip Phalaenopsis,and the proportion of the big-lip of its hybrid offspring was about 23%.Both the male parent and the female parent were the big-lip,the proportion of the big-lip of its hybrid offspring was about 73%.In this study,we selected big-lip Phalaenopsis as the parents for cross-matching,and based on the genetic performance of the hybrid offspring,excellent individual plants of big-lip Phalaenopsis were selected.The traits of big-lip of Phalaenopsis were dominantly inherited,and had good cross compatibility.
