摘　　要：目的:构建基于数字化手术室的临床信息共享平台,探究其在胃癌患者中的应用价值。方法:构建手术室临床信息共享平台,选取医院收治接受腹腔镜手术治疗的120例胃癌患者,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组手术全过程给予常规信息管理,观察组采用基于数字化手术室的临床信息共享平台进行手术全过程管理,对比两组采集、编辑及下载音频与视频信息资料的使用耗时,录入病例资料的准确率和使用者对不同管理方法的满意度。结果:观察组采集准备耗时、编辑和下载音频与视频耗时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=30.323,t=33.324,t=10.683;P<0.05);观察组病例资料录入准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=8.107,P<0.05);观察组参与的使用者对操作舒适度、手术影像清晰度、设备兼容性、软件可靠性和软件操作期间稳定性的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=4.600,x^(2)=8.178,x^(2)=4.600,x^(2)=5.254,x^(2)=5.855;P<0.05)。结论:基于数字化手术室的临床信息共享平台可实现手术过程的全面记录,规范手术相关资料流程并缩短时间,提高病例资料录入准确率。Objective:To establish a clinical information sharing platform based on digital operating room and explore its application value in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 120 patients with gastric cancer treated by laparoscopy were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was adopted routine information management,the observation group was managed by the clinical information sharing platform based on digital operating room.The time of collecting,editing and downloading audio and video information,the accuracy of recording case data and the satisfaction of users with different management methods between the two groups were compared.Results:The data acquisition preparation time,editing time and downloading time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=30.323,t=33.324,t=10.683;P<0.05);the accuracy of case data recording in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=8.107;P<0.05);satisfaction of users with operating comfort,surgical image clarity,equipment compatibility,software reliability and stability during software operation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=4.600,x^(2)=8.178,x^(2)=4.600,x^(2)=5.254,x^(2)=5.855;P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical information sharing platform based on the digital operating can record the operation process in all aspects,standardize the process of operation-related information and process and reduce the time required therefor,and improve the accuracy of case data recording.
