摘 要:以贺兰山东麓13个酿酒葡萄品种为试材,通过室内刺伤绿枝接种方法,对比分析了这些品种的抗病性。其中高抗品种有‘维欧尼’‘长相思’‘黑比诺’‘威代尔’‘品丽珠’;低抗品种为‘霞多丽’。同时测定了接种小新壳梭孢(N.parvum)后过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化。结果表明,供试品种对N.parvum的抗病性存在极显著差异。‘霞多丽’对N.parvum表现为低抗性,与其他品种差异显著;接种后潜育期1 d,病斑大小21.61 cm,菌斑扩增很大,产生的子实体潜育期短。接种N.parvum后,各酿酒葡萄叶片CAT、SOD和POD的活性均升高,高抗品种和低抗品种叶片抗性相关酶活性变化规律存在一定的差异。Thirteen main grapevine varieties from the eastern foot of Helan Mountain were used as the test materials.Wound inoculation method used on detached green branches was used to identify and evaluate the resistance of these varieties to N.parvum.At the same time,the changes of POD,SOD and CAT activities after inoculation with N.parvum were determined.The results showed that the resistance of thirteen wine grape varieties to N.parvum was significantly different.'Chardonnay'showed low resistance to N.parvum,which was significantly different from other varieties.The latent period was 1 d after inoculation,and the lesion size was 21.61 cm.After inoculation,not only the lesion was amplified greatly,but also the fruiting body was generated and the latent period was short.The activities of CAT,SOD and POD in leaves of grapevine varieties increased when N.parvum was inoculated,and there were some differences in the changes of leaf resistance-related enzyme activities between high and low resistant varieties.
