摘  要:为了减小温度漂移对光纤位移传感器测量精度的影响,采用基于粒子群算法优化最小二乘支持向量机(PSO-LSSVM)的模型对该传感器进行温度补偿。通过对光纤位移传感器做二维标定试验,利用LM35温度传感器获取试验环境温度数据,建立了PSO-LSSVM温度补偿模型。该模型的核心思想是利用粒子群优化(PSO)算法对最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)算法中的惩罚因子C和核函数参数5不断地进行优化选择,直至适应度函数值达到预期要求,此时温度补偿达到最优效果比较温度补偿前后的数据,冬位温度系数从9.78×10^(-3)/℃提升到2.07×10^(-3)/℃;灵敏度温度系数从7.47×10^(-3)/℃提升到1.51×10^(-3)/℃。PSO-LSSVM模型能够有效地实现对光纤位移传感器的温度补偿。对光纤位移传感器进行温度补偿的研究,将对使用该传感器进行测量的领域产生积极的影响。In order to reduce the influence of temperature drift on the measurement accuracy of the optical fiber displacement sensor,a model based on particle swann optimization optimized least square support vector mac hi ne(PSO-LSSVM)is used to compensate the sensor for temperature.By doing a two-dimensional calibration experiment on the optical fiber displacement sensor,using the LM35 temperature sensor to obtain experimental environmental tenipeiature data,a PSO-LSSVM temperature compensation model is established.The core idea of the model is to use the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,to continuously optimize the penalty factor C and kernel function parameter 8 in the least squares support vector machine(LSSVM),until the fitness function value meets the expected requirements,and then the temperature compensation reaches the optimum effect.According to the data before and after temperature compensation,the zero temperature coefficient is improved from 9.78×10^(-3)/℃ to 2.0×10^(-3)/℃.The sensitivity temperature coefficient is improved from 7.47×10^(-3)/℃ to 1.51×10^(-3)/℃.Therefore,the PSO-LSSVM model can effectively realize the temperature compensation of the optical fiber displacement sensor.The research on the temperature compensation of the optical fiber displacement sensor will have a positive impact on the field of measurement using this sensor.
