摘  要:针对小型密封磁选态铯束管封装效率低的问题,提出了基于TRIZ(发明问题解决理论)与QC实践相结合的解决方法。采用TRIZ创新方法理论,建立了问题求解模型,通过矛盾分析、物质-场分析和进化分析,给出了解决问题的创新方案对策。借助QC小组活动实践,经过多次PDCA循环,对创新方案对策进行了验证和巩固,获得了良好的铯束管封装效果。该项工作使铯束管的性能指标改善,成品率提高,生产周期缩短,研制成本降低,为满足铯原子钟市场大量供应需求奠定了基础。通过探索基于TRIZ与QC多方法融合解决技术问题的可行性,为进一步提升产品质量管理水平提供了支持。In order to solve the problem of low packaging efficiency of small sealed Magnetic state-selecting cesium beam tube(CBT),a solution based on TRIZ theory and QC practice is proposed.In detail,According to the theory of TRIZ innovation method,a solving model for the problem is established,and the countermeasures are given by contradiction analysis,material-field analysis and evolution analysis;With the help of QC group activity practice,through many PDCA cycles,the innovative scheme countermeasures are verified and consolidated,and a good CBT packaging effect is obtained.This work not only improves the performance index of CBT,enhances the yield,shortens the production cycle and reduces the development cost,which lays a foundation for meeting the large supply demand of cesium atomic clock market,but also proves the feasibility of forming multi-method fusion based on TRIZ and QC to solve the problem of process and technology conflict,which provides the basis for further improving the level of product quantity management.
