摘  要:针对油田集输系统站外单井准确实时计量需求,在分析传统分离式计量和不分离在线计量优、缺点的基础上,设计综合两种计量原理并带有自标定功能的一体化单井在线计量方案,既保留传统分离器计量可校准和范围宽的特点,又引入不分离计量的实时在线功能。多口单井接入多通阀自动选井装置,可共用一套计量装置,降低成本并减少人工切换工作量。在工艺流程中设计利用分离计量为不分离计量进行周期标定,为满足实时、准确、多井计量提供了新的解决方案。Considering the single oilwell’s requirement for accurate and real-time metering outside of the oil-gathering line system,and basing on analyzing advantages and disadvantages of separation metering and on-line unseparated metering methods,an on-line metering scheme which combines two metering principles for the integrated single oilwell was designed.This metering scheme designed boasts features of calibration and wide range of conventional separation metering method and real-time online function of unseparated metering method.Many individual wells which connecting an automatic well-selecting device with multiported valve can share a set of metering device to reduce both the cost and the workload of manual switchover,and in the process design,the separation metering can be employed for period calibration of the unseparated metering.It provides a new solution to real-time and accurate metering of the multi-oilwell.
