摘　　要：人类社会步入知识经济时代,在以社会为中心的发展趋势下,大多数大学也在社会需求的带动下开展了变革和创新。当前大学职能具有一个明显的特征,即大学的重点科技创新服务区域经济社会的发展,这也是今后可以实现大学内涵式发展、汇聚办学资源的有效途径。立足于我国重点大学科技创新服务区域经济发展的实践情况,对一些问题进行了深刻剖析,针对办学质量存在弊端、服务发展有失均衡、协议执行不到位等问题,提出了切实可行的建议,指出在当前重点大学建设中,高校需要在科技创新的环节中创新观念,将校内外的资源合理进行利用,并进一步优化高校服务体系建设,实现与社会、企业的科学协同治理效应,为有效提升重点大学服务区域经济快速发展能力提供理论借鉴和指导。Human society has entered the era of knowledge economy.Under the development trend of taking society as the center,most universities have also carried out reform and innovation driven by social needs.At present,the functions of universities have an obvious feature,that is,the key scientific and technological innovation of universities serves the development of regional economy and society,which is also an effective way to realize the connotative development of universities and gather school running resources in the future.Based on the practice of scientific and technological innovation serving regional economic development in key universities in China,this paper makes a profound analysis of some problems,puts forward practical suggestions for the disadvantages of school running quality,unbalanced service development and inadequate implementation of agreements,and points out that in the current construction of key universities,colleges and universities need to innovate ideas in the links of scientific and technological inn ovation,Make rational use of resources inside and outside the University,further optimize the construction of university service system,realize the scientific collaborative governance effect with society and enterprises,and provide theoretical reference and guidanee for effectively improving the ability of key universities to serve the rapid development of regional economy.
