PDCA质控周期管理方法在住院医师规范化培训基地的应用

摘　　要：目的住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是深化医疗卫生体制改革的重要措施,在其过程中存在住院医师培训质量参差不齐、教学资源分布不均等问题。为提高培训质量,惠州市中心人民医院参照国家住院医师规范化培训标准,应用计划、执行、检查、处理(plan、do、check、action,PDCA)质量控制管理方法,评估2017年至2019年我院住培过程管理效果。方法以2017年作为对照组,2018年—2019年按照PDCA运行作为研究组,对住培培训基地督导评分、住院医师满意度、年度考核成绩及执业医师考试通过率进行逐年比较。结果研究发现,培训基地督导评分、住院医师满意度、年度考核成绩及执业医师通过率等均逐年升高,2019年最高。结论PDCA质量控制管理方法能够有效提高住培培训质量。Objective The standardized training of resident doctors is an important measure to deepen the reform of the medical and health system.During the standardized training process of resident doctors,there are several problems such as uneven quality of students and unfair distribution of teaching resources.In order to improve the quality of the training,PDCA(plan、do、check、action)quality control cycle management method was applied to evaluate the effect of standardized training for residents in our hospital from 2017 to 2019.Methods PDCA quality control cycle management method was employed to formulate training plans,clarify training requirements and standardize teaching processes.Taking data in 2017 as a control group when PDCA quality control cycle management method was not introduced.The research indicators include the supervisory scores of the living training base,the student's satisfaction,the annual assessment scores and the passing rate of the practicing physician exam.Results Our study found that the supervising score of the residential training base,student’s satisfaction,annual assessment results and the passing rate of licensed physicians have increased year by year.The supervising score of the residential training base,the total score of student satisfaction,the annual evaluation results and the passing rate of licensed physicians are all highest in 2019.Conclusion PDCA quality control cycle management method can improve the standardized training quality of residents effectively.
