ABF联合益肠通秘方治疗老年慢性传输型功能性便秘患者的效果及其对直肠推进力水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨自适应式生物反馈训练(ABF)联合益肠通秘方治疗老年慢性传输型功能性便秘患者的效果。方法:选取127例老年慢性传输型功能性便秘患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组63例给予常规治疗联合益肠通秘方,观察组64例在对照组基础上联合ABF。对比两组临床疗效、排便状况、直肠推进力、便秘复发情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率87.5%高于对照组的71.4%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组便秘症状积分标准各项得分、肛管静息压、初始感觉均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肛管最大收缩压、直肠压力及肛门松弛率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月、2个月的便秘复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ABF联合益肠通秘方可提高老年慢性传输型功能性便秘患者的直肠推进力,改善排便便秘,临床效果好。Objective:To investigate the effects of adaptive biofeedback(ABF)training combined with yichangtong recipe in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic transit functional constipation.Methods:127 elderly patients with chronic transit functional constipation were randomized into the control group and observation group.63 patients in the control group received conventional treatment combined with Yichangtong secret recipe,while 64 patients in observation group were given ABF training on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,defecation status,rectal propulsion and constipation recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 87.5%,which was higher than 71.4%of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of constipation symptoms criteria,anal canal rest pressure and initial feeling were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the maximum systolic pressure,rectal pressure and anal relaxation rate of the anal canal was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the recurrence rate of constipation in 1 month and 2 months after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ABF combined with Yichangtong secret recipe can improve the rectal propulsion of patients with chronic transit functional constipation,improve defecation and constipation,and it has good clinical effects.
