高含水下原油中水份真实检验的方法应用

摘  要:目前在大庆油田单井产原油及站内外输原油的含水分析基本都是采用Q/SY DQ0930-2019的离心法和GB/T 260-2016的蒸馏法,在水相单一及低含水下均能反映出真实的含水测定值。但在含有聚合物、三元、调剖剂等多种相数存在下,以及在输送泵的外力剪切下,有很多一部分油被它们包裹起来而形成了水包油现象存在于游离水中,这样测出来的含水值比真实值相对偏高,油相对较低。本文针对此问题加以实验论述并提出科学的分析方法。At present,the water cut analysis of the crude oil produced by a single well in Daqing oilfield and the crude oil transported inside and outside the station basically uses the centrifugal method of Q/SY DQ0930-2019 and the distillation method of GB/T 260-2016,which can reflect the real water cut measured value under the condition of single water phase and low water cut.However,in the presence of polymer,terpolymer,profile control agent and other phases,as well as under the shear force of the conveying pump,a lot of oil is wrapped by them,forming the phenomenon of oil in water,which exists in free water.In this way,the measured water cut value is relatively higher than the real value,and the oil is relatively low.This paper discusses the problem and puts forward scientific analysis methods.
