摘 要:随着矿用轴流式风机长叶片使用日趋广泛,对其减振性能的要求也日益提高。模拟竹壁微观结构,提出了一种多孔阻尼结构,并建立了其数学模型。利用ABAQUS软件对某带有多孔阻尼结构的矿用轴流式风机叶片的阻尼性能进行了研究。结果表明,叶片的减振性能显著提高。可为高效阻尼结构设计及矿用轴流式风机叶片抑颤研究提供参考。As long blade of mining axial flow fan are having been widely used, the demand for its capability of vibration attenuation is being enhanced day by day. By simulating the microstructure of bamboo wall,proposed a damping structure with pores and established its mathematical modal. Then the damping behavior of a mining axial flow fan blade with damping structure with pores was studied by using ABAQUS software. The results show that its vibration damping performance is significantly improved. It can provide a reference to the future design of high efficiency damping structures and the research on vibration attenuation of mining axial flow fan blade.
