摘　　要：为保障矿用调度绞车的安全稳定运行,基于调度绞车应用现状,针对调度绞车在日常应用中存在的主要安全问题,从制动、深度指示器以及排绳装置等多方面进行改造。经实践表明,改造后的调度绞车运行情况良好,运行成本更低,安全性更高,取得了较好的经济效益与安全效益。In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the mine dispatching winch,based on the current situation of the dispatching winch application,the main safety problems in the daily application of the dispatching winch are modified in various aspects,such as braking,depth indicator and rope discharge device.Practice shows that the modified dispatching winch runs well,with lower operating costs and higher safety,and achieves better economic and safety benefits.
