摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌是一种感染人类胃的革兰氏阴性病原体,是世界上最常见的细菌感染。幽门螺杆菌的长期、持续感染可导致患者发展为消化性溃疡、胃腺癌、胃粘膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤。Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)是抵御微生物入侵的第一道防线,在多种感染性疾病的发生发展中起重要作用。TLR9是机体免疫应答中发挥关键作用的I型整合跨膜蛋白,在树突状细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞和上皮细胞中均有表达,它能够通过低甲基化的DNA和糖骨架等结构识别DNA,并介导一系列免疫应答反应。尽管近年来对TLR9的激活机制进行了广泛的研究,但其在幽门螺杆菌感染导致的相关性疾病中的确切作用仍不明确。文章从TLR9在固有免疫中的功能及其信号通路、TLR9在幽门螺杆菌感染中的作用机制、TLR9与胃粘膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤这三个方面阐述TLR9在在幽门螺杆菌相关性疾病中的作用机制。Helicobacter pylori is a Gram-negative bacteria that infects the human stomach and is the most common bacterial infection in the world.Long-term and persistent infection of Helicobacter pylori can lead to the development of peptic ulcer,gastric adenocarcinoma and gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma.Toll-like receptors(TLRs)are the first line of defense against microbial invasion,and play an important role in the development of many infectious diseases.TLR9 is a type I integrated transmembrane protein that plays a key role in the immune response of the body.It is expressed in dendritic cells,B cells,macrophages and epithelial cells.TLR9 can recognize DNA through structures such as hypopethylated DNA and sugar skeleton,and mediate a series of immune responses.Although the activation mechanism of TLR9 has been extensively studied in recent years,its exact role in the associated diseases caused by Helicobacter pylori infection remains unclear.This review summarizes the mechanism of TLR9 in Helicobacter pylori related diseases,including the function and signal pathway of TLR9 in innate immunity,the mechanism of TLR9 in Helicobacter pylori infection,and TLR9 and gastric mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma.
