脉动真空灭菌器的规范管理与检修要点

摘　　要：采用脉动真空灭菌器进行高温高压蒸汽灭菌的操作方式具有可靠性高、对物品影响小等一系列优势及特点,故被广泛运用于对进入实验动物屏障系统的垫料及笼器具的消杀。脉动真空灭菌器的使用对相关人员提出了较高要求,不规范的操作或对机械造成意外损伤,加大维修难度及运营成本。笔者基于多年工作经验,现对脉动真空灭菌器的管理经验及检修要点进行总结提炼,为各单位如何把以脉动真空灭菌器为代表的大型设备纳入良好实验室规范体系提供一定参考。The operation mode of high temperature and high pressure steam sterilization with pulsation vacuum sterilizer has a series of advantages and characteristics like high reliability and small influence on articles,so it is widely used to clean the bedding and cage utensils entering the experimental animal barrier system.The use of pulsation vacuum sterilizer puts forward high requirements for related personncl,because non-standard operation may induce accidental damage to machinery,increasing maintenance difficulty and operating cost.Based on years of work,the management experience and maintenance points of pulsation vacuum sterilizer are summarized and refined,which provides a certain reference for each unit to bring the large equipment represented by pulsation vacuum sterilizer into a good laboratory standard system.
