摘　　要：从历史上的自由主义与保守主义两种思潮看教育,自由主义较强,保守主义较弱,要正确认识中国高等教育发展的适度保守主义。从科学精神看医学,现代医学科学的发展呈现综合整体化趋势,应加强与其他各学科的相互联结。从人文精神看医学,医学人文精神与医学科学精神发展失衡,必须加强医学人文精神教育。医学教育要实现科学精神与人文精神的统一,要树立医学教育中科学精神与人文教育相统一的正确观念,探索实施“医学+人文”和“人文+医学”的双重教学模式,建立健全医学科学精神和医学人文精神融合的机制。On education from the two ideological trends of liberalism and conservatism in history,liberalism is strong and conservatism is weak.We should correctly understand the moderate conservatism in the development of higher education in China.From the perspective of scientific spirit,the development of modern medical science presents a comprehensive integration trend,and the mutual connection with other disciplines should be strengthened.From the perspective of humanistic spirit,the imbalance of medical humanistic spirit and the development of medical science is unbalanced,and the medical humanities and spiritual education should be enhanced.In order to realize the unity of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit in medical education,it’s important to build a correct concept of the unity of scientific spirit and humanistic education in medical education,explore and implement the dual teaching mode of“Medicine+Humanities”and“Humanities+Medicine”,establish and improve the mechanism for the integration of medical scientific spirit and medical humanistic spirit.
