摘  要:表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱作为一种先进的光谱技术,其具有灵敏度高、选择性好且普适性强的优点,近几年来被广泛地用于化学及生物分子检测。活性基底的性质决定了SERS的应用范围及检测效果。与传统的刚性SERS基底相比较,柔性基底可以提高SERS在不规则表面的检测效果。本文从电磁场增强和化学增强两方面阐述了SERS增强机理,并介绍了柔性复合物SERS基底的优点及其制备方法。综述了柔性SERS基底在食品安全、环境污染及公共安全等方面的应用。讨论了目前柔性SERS基底研究中所存在的问题,并展望了未来的研究方向。Surface-enhanced Raman scattering( SERS) spectroscopy is an advanced analytical technique possesses high sensitivity and excellent selectivity,which has been widely used in detection of chemical and biological molecules. The performance of SERS is highly relied on the feature of the active substrate. The flexible SERS substrate is suitable for using as the surface with irregular shape. This paper described the electromagnetic enhancement and chemical enhancement mechanism of SERS,and introduced the preparation method of flexible SERS substrates. This review highlights recent application of flexible SERS substrate in multiple fields,such as food safety,environmental pollutants analysis and public safety. Besides,the issue existed in the research of flexible SERS substrate was discussed,and the future research trend was also prospected.
