摘　　要：扶梯的加速度值能够直接反映出乘客乘坐扶梯的舒适程度。为了实现自动扶梯整个运行过程中的加速度检测,在μC/OS实时操作系统的基础上,设计了自动扶梯加速度检测系统。由μC/OS的任务管理系统,实时地将ADXL345加速度计测得的扶梯三轴加速度值显示在测试模块的显示屏上。同时,通过FatFS通用文件系统,以一定时间的采样间隔将测得的扶梯的三轴加速度值写入到SD卡根目录的相关测试文件中,以便后续测试人员对原始数据进行分析整理。该设计为自动扶梯的三轴加速度值检测提供了一种非常简单且有效的技术方法。The acceleration of escalator can directly reflect the comfort degree of passengers.To realize the acceleration detection of escalator during the whole running process,a measuring module of escalator acceleration was designed based onμC/OS real-time operating system.ByμC/OS task management system,real-time ADXL345 accelerometer measured the escalator’s three axis acceleration value displayed on the test module display screen.At the same time,FatFS universal file system was used to write measured escalator triaxial acceleration value into relevant test files in SD card directory at a certain sampling interval,so that subsequent testers could analyze and sort out the original data.This design provides a very simple and effective method for measuring the triaxial acceleration of escalator.
