摘  要:核电厂模拟控制系统进行数字化分散控制系统(DCS)改造过程中,由于不同系统间调节控制参数实现的原理与方法不同,无法直接等效应用。通过解析不同系统在比例积分微分(PID)运算原理上的差异性,结合电气量纲与工艺参数量纲的转换分析方法,计算得出参数转换数学模型。通过数学模型,对调节控制参数进行转换。设计一套由核电厂工艺仿真模型、可编程控制器(PLC)、模拟板件、DCS组成的参数转换验证装置进行仿真验证。基于典型控制回路的验证结果表明,控制回路通过计算、仿真验证后的参数调节性能良好,可应用于运行机组,从而节省改造调试验证工期,并有效预防了由于参数设置不当导致的机组运行风险。该研究为后续核电厂DCS数字化改造及升级换代的调节参数转换方法提供了重要参考。In the process of digital distributed control system(DCS)transformation of analog control system in nuclear power plant,due to the different principles and methods of adjusting control parameters between different systems,it can not be directly and equivalently applied.By analyzing the difference of proportional integral differential(PID)operation principles of different systems,combined with the transformation analysis method of electrical dimension and process parameter dimension,a mathematical model of parameter conversion is obtained through theoretical calculation.Adjust control parameters are converted through the mathematical model.A set of parameter conversion verification device composed of nuclear power plant process simulation model,programmable logic controller(PLC),simulation board and DCS is designed for simulation verification.The simulation results show that the performance of control loop parameter adjustment is good.It can be applied to the operation of the unit.Thus,the transformation and commissioning verification period are saved,and the unit operation risk caused by improper parameter setting is effectively prevented.The research provides an important reference for the subsequent DCS digital transformation and upgrading adjust parameter conversion method of nuclear power plant.
