胃肠肿瘤术后化疗患者的营养状况对化疗不良反应的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探究胃肠肿瘤术后化疗患者营养状况对其化疗不良反应的影响。方法选择2019年1月—2020年4月于医院接受化疗干预治疗的80例胃肠肿瘤术后患者为研究对象,将其按照营养状况区分为营养良好组(43例)与营养不良组(37例),对比两组患者生活质量以及血液、肝肾等不良反应的发生率。结果(1)比较显示营养良好组患者的生活质量(SF-36)各维度及总分明显高于营养不良组患者(P<0.05);(2)两组患者不良反应发生情况组间比较显示,营养良好组0度血液系统反应、肝损伤以及胃肠道反应分别为35例、37例、37例,多于营养不良组的16例、12例、12例(P<0.05)。结论胃肠肿瘤术后化疗患者普遍存在生活质量低下,但营养良好者相对营养不良者生活质量更高、化疗不良反应发生率更低,建议加强化疗患者营养支持,提高生活质量,降低不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of nutritional status of patients undergoing chemotherapy for gastrointestinal tumors on their adverse reactions to chemotherapy.Methods Selected 80 patients with gastrointestinal tumors who received chemotherapy intervention in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 as the study subjects.They were divided into well-nourished group(43 cases)and malnourished group(37 cases)according to their nutritional status.The quality of life of the two groups and the incidence of adverse reactions such as blood,liver and kidney were compared.Results(1)After compared,the dimensions and total score of quality of life(SF-36)in the well-nourished group was significantly higher than that in the malnutrition group(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared.In the well-nourished group,there were 35 cases of 0-degree hematologic reaction,37 cases of liver injury and 37 cases of gastrointestinal reaction,more than 16,12 and 12 patients in the malnutrition group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low quality of life is common in patients with postoperative chemotherapy of gastrointestinal tumor,however,compared with the malnutrition patients,the well-nourished patients have higher quality of life and lower incidence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy.It is recommended to strengthen nutritional support for chemotherapy patients,improve the quality of life,and reduce adverse reactions.
