摘　　要：高校后勤社会化使学生公寓思想政治工作主体在结构组成、职业素质结构、职业素质差距等方面发生较大变化。高校公寓管理工作者应从把握高校后勤社会化本质、破解公寓思想政治工作队伍建设瓶颈、创新高校学生公寓思想政治教育工作方法三个方面探寻应对策略。The socialization of logistics in colleges and universities has greatly changed the main body of ideological and political work in student apartments in terms of structural composition,professional quality structure and professional quality difference.Apartment managers in colleges and universities should explore countermeasures from three aspects:grasping the essence of logistics socialization,breaking the bottleneck of ideological and political team construction in apartment,and innovating the working methods of ideological and political education in college students'apartments.
